What is P.U.R.E.?

Why do we say P.U.R.E.?

What does P.U.R.E. mean? David Glover describes it like this. -> Perfectly Created. Uniquely Gifted. Receptive and responsive to our communication, touch and acts of love. Eternal: there are no disabled souls. - David Glover

One of the most common reasons many of us choose not to interact with people who have "disabilities" is simply because we are afraid that we will offend the peron by saying the wrong thing. By using the term "P.U.R.E." (on most occasions), this fear is relieved.

P.U.R.E. Friendship Ministries was created by Destry LeBrun who has been in the Human Service field for over 20 years. As a social worker Destry saw the lack of attention the church was giving to people with disabilities. This ministry is the tool we are using to make changes in the way the church serves P.U.R.E. families.
